The Magnetic Particle Crack Detector is a highly efficient and portable device designed for detecting cracks and defects in ferromagnetic materials. The equipment consists of a magnetic yoke that generates a strong magnetic field when placed on the test surface. When magnetic particles (dry powder or wet suspension) are applied, they accumulate at defect locations, making cracks clearly visible to the inspector.
